Unioil and Yokohama Seals Purchase Agreement
Yokohama Tire Philippines, Inc. (YTPI) and Unioil Petroleum Philippines, Inc. (UPPI) signed a Purchase Agreement last April 17, 2008. Signed by YTPI VP for Administration and Treasurer, Mr, Tomohiro Yoneko and UPPI President Mr. Kenneth Pundanera in YTPI office in Clark Special Economic Zone, Clark Field, Pampanga. The signing was also attended and witnessed by YTPI President, Mr. Hikomistu Noji, together with other representatives from YTPI and UPPI. UPPI will supply process oil one of the main component in the manufacture of Yokohama Performance tires, and other industrial oils (gear oil, marine and hydraulic oils) needed in their production lines.
