UNIOIL ANNOUNCES ROLLBACK

Consistent with its stand of providing the public with inexpensive yet high-quality petroleum products, Unioil Petroleum Philippines Incorporated (UPPI) announced it has slashed prices of Diesel, Gasoline, Kerosene and E10 products sold in its retail stations starting today, Monday.

Unioil General Manager Chito Medina-Cue Jr. said the “substantial” rollback covered all the company’s products with Gasoline prices being lowered by P1.25 per liter, Diesel by P1.00 per liter and P0.75 per liter for Kerosene.

Medina-Cue Jr. said Unleaded Gasoline products would be sold at P39.19 per liter in all its retail station and service outlets

 

Unioil is also bringing down prices of Regular Unleaded and Premium Gasoline by P1.25 per liter with the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) of P38.91 per liter for Regular Unleaded and P39.69 for Quantum Premium Gasoline.

 

Unioil’s E10 (ethanol) price was also slashed by P1.25 per liter. With the price rollback, E10 would be sold at P38.94 per liter, the official said.

 

Unioil has also slashed the prices of Pure Diesel Plus B2 by P1 per liter with a Suggested Retail Price of P27.90 per liter.

Medina-Cue said the price rollback was due to the continued decline in crude prices in the international market and Unioil’s commitment to sell to the public petroleum products at affordable prices.

 

We are clearly paying close attention to movements in the international market. What Unioil can assure the public is that we will continue selling high quality products at fair prices,” the Unioil official added.

 

The company, one of the country’s leading independent oil player has 40 service stations and retail outlets in mainland Luzon alone. It is in the midst of a P90 million-expansion program that would see the construction of additional outlets in the National Capital Region (NCR) and neighboring provinces this year.
