Eligibility:
- Open to all legal residents of the Philippines who are of legal driving age and with a validly issued Philippine Driver’s License.
- Participants must own or have a family-owned vehicle, with proof of ownership. Only vehicles registered under the participant, their legal spouse, or relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity are eligible. (See table below for reference).
- Participants must have access to mobile data or internet and a camera-enabled device for verification purposes.
Accepted payment methods:
- Cash, credit and debit card, and mobile wallet transactions (e.g Gcash, Maya, and QRPH).
- Not eligible: Fleet accounts, purchase orders (POs), bulk orders, e-vouchers, and Unioil Loyalty Points redemptions.
Promo Period:
- June 13, 2025 to October 15, 2025
Mechanics
1. Registration
- Participants must create an account on the Unioil Fueled for Life platform at https://fueledforlife.unioil.com and provide the following details:
o Full Name
o Birthday
o Home Address
o Mobile Number
o Vehicle Details: Make, Model, Year, Color, Plate Number
o Vehicle Type: Motorcycle (2-Wheeler) or 4-Wheeler
o Car Owner’s Name & Relationship
- Only one account per mobile number and vehicle plate number is allowed.
2. Unioil Fueled for Life Passport
- Upon registration, participants will receive a Fueled for Life virtual ID which they must present at any participating Unioil station indicated in the table below to claim their Fueled for Life Passport.
- Each passport has a unique alphanumeric code.
- Participants must link their Fueled for Life Passport to their online account using the alphanumeric code to be able to check-in their station visit.
- Only one Unioil Passport can be linked to an account. If the physical passport is lost, a new Fueled for Life account will be required, and the participant will need to start over from their first visit.
- Participants are not allowed to combine two or more passports.
- Participants must have their Fueled for Life Passport stamped at the time of fueling, and the passport details must match the vehicle used during gas up.
- Participants are responsible for safeguarding their passports, keeping them in good condition, ensuring they are stamped during fueling, and bringing them before leaving the station; Unioil will not be held liable for any lost passports.
- Stamps in lost passports will not be counted. Participants who still want to join the promo would have to restart the registration process by contacting customer service—previous accounts will be deleted, and they may rejoin using the same vehicle details and mobile number.
- The Fueled for Life Passport is required to claim any grand or major prize; missing or incomplete passport, even with 30 verified online check-ins, will not be considered valid for winning.
3. Gas up at participating Unioil stations
- Minimum Purchase:
o 4-Wheelers: P1,200.00 per single receipt
o Motorcycles: P200.00 per single receipt
- Process:
o Each valid receipt will have a unique QR code for verification.
o Participants must have their passport stamped by the fuel attendant after checking-in on the Fueled for Life Website.
4. Check-in on the Fueled for Life website
- Participants must scan the QR code on their receipt within 72 hours to verify their visit and gas up. QR code will expire after 72 hours from original receipt issuance by a participating station.
- Upon scanning the QR code, the transaction details will sync with their Fueled for Life account.
- Participants must upload the following to complete their check-in:
o Photo with the official Fueled for Life Handheld Signage of the visited station. The winner for each category shall have thirty (30) unique photos each taken with the unique Fueled for Life handheld signage per station. Station name must be clearly readable in the photo.
o Photo of the odometer (clear image of the vehicle’s mileage reading) - only for the first (1st) and last (30th) check-in. The vehicle’s odometer must be functional throughout the duration of the promo; zero or no mileage movement between the first and last check-in will invalidate the entries. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their odometer is working, as this confirms the completion of the journey.
o Manual mileage input - only for the first (1st) and last (30th) check-in.
- Transaction Limit: Only one transaction per day per participant will be recognized.
Prizes
1. Grand Prizes:
- The first 4-Wheeler and 2-Wheeler drivers to visit 30 unique Unioil stations will win free fuel for life from Unioil. The Grand Prize is not transferable nor assignable.
o P 6,000.00 worth of fuel per month for 4-Wheeler category winner
o P 1,200.00 worth of fuel per month for 2-Wheeler category winner
- Required Unioil Stations to be visited per region:
o NORTH METRO: 7
o SOUTH METRO: 7
o EAST NCR and RIZAL: 6
o NORTH LUZON: 5
o SOUTH LUZON: 5
- There will be two grand prize winners: One (1) for the 4-Wheeler category and one (1) for the 2-Wheeler category.
- The winner for each category will be determined based on the first participant to complete 30 station check-ins on the Fueled for Life website based on the required station count per area, as validated by Unioil. The time of refueling will not be considered as the basis for determining the winner.
- The winners will receive a notification upon completing the challenge. A marketing representative from Unioil will reach out within three (3) business days to verify the check-ins via call and regular mail to the postal address indicated on their Fueled For Life online account.
- Winners must send an email to marketing@unioil.com with the following supporting documents within seven (7) business days after the call or receipt of the mail, whichever comes first. Non-submission of the required documentation outlined below by the winner within the said period would result to forfeiture of the major prize. Documents to be emailed:
o One (1) copy of OR/CR
o One (1) copy of two (2) Government IDs with physical signature, name must match the account information registered in Fueled for Life website
o One (1) copy of the Unioil Fueled for Life Passport with thirty (30) unique stamps from the thirty stations visited
o Supporting documents to prove car ownership and relationship to the car owner, if the car is not owned by the participant (e.g. birth certificate)
- Upon submission of supporting documents via email, winners will be notified within seven (7) business days with instructions on how to claim their prize.
- The winner for each category must physically visit the Unioil Head Office, located at 38th Floor, Exquadra Tower, 1 Jade Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig within thirty (30) days from Unioil’s notification to claim the grand prize. Non-appearance and/or non-submission of the required documentation outlined below by the winner within the said period would result to forfeiture of the grand prize.
- Documents to be presented:
o One (1) Photocopy of OR/CR
o One (1) copy of two (2) Government IDs with physical signature, name must match the account information registered in Fueled for Life website
o Original Unioil Fueled for Life Passport with thirty (30) unique stamps from the thirty stations visited, and two (2) Photocopies of the Fueled for Life Passport
o Supporting documents to prove car ownership and relationship to the car owner, if the car is not owned by the participant (e.g. birth certificates).
o Original copies of the documents listed shall also be presented to verify the accuracy and legitimacy of the photocopies submitted by the winner/s.
- Each Grand prize winner will be issued one (1) Unioil Fleet card with his complete name. Drivers must be physically present upon gassing up.
o Fleet terms and conditions will apply.
2. Major Prizes:
- The next 30 drivers (2nd to 31st) per Four-wheel and Two-wheel category to finish the challenge within the promo period will receive free gasoline for 12 months from redemption of the prize.
o P 6,000.00 worth of fuel per month for 4-Wheeler category winner (30 winners)
o P 1,200.00 worth of fuel per month for 2-Wheeler category winner (30 winners)
- Required Unioil Stations to be visited per region:
o NORTH METRO: 7
o SOUTH METRO: 7
o EAST NCR and RIZAL: 6
o NORTH LUZON: 5
o SOUTH LUZON: 5
- Winners will be notified via text and regular mail to the address indicated in their Fueled for Life online account within five (5) business days after completion of their check-ins.
- Winners must send an email to marketing@unioil.com with the following supporting documents within seven (7) business days after the text or receipt of the mail, whichever comes first. Non-submission of the required documentation outlined below by the winner within the said period would result to forfeiture of the grand prize.
- Documents to be emailed:
o One (1) copy of OR/CR
o One (1) copy of two (2) Government IDs with physical signature, name must match the account information registered in Fueled for Life website
o One (1) copy of the Unioil Fueled for Life Passport with thirty (30) unique stamps from the thirty stations visited
o Supporting documents to prove car ownership and relationship to the car owner, if the car is not owned by the participant (e.g. birth certificate)
- The prize will be in the form of loyalty points in the Unioil App, which can be redeemed for Unioil fuel. Customers must have an active Unioil Loyalty Account Number. If not, they must register via the Unioil App.
Terms & Conditions
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Data Usage: By joining, participants grant Unioil the right to use their name, car details, images, and activity for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Multiple wins: A participant can only win once; any additional wins in other categories of the promo will be considered void. Consequently, the prize for the second win will be forfeited.
- Fraud Prevention: Unioil reserves the right to validate transactions and disqualify fraudulent entries. This is in addition to other legal remedies that Unioil may have against any participant found to have done fraudulent acts.
- Disqualification: Violators of the promo rules may be banned from future Unioil promotions.
- Employees of Unioil and its affiliates, advertising agencies, participating stations, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
