Unioil Fill and Win 2025 Promo Mechanics

 

 

Promo runs from December 2, 2025 to January 4, 2026

1. Promo Overview

Title: Unioil Fill and Win 2025 Christmas Promo 
Duration: December 2, 2025 – January 4, 2026 
Customers can play the virtual spin-a-wheel for a chance to win an iPhone 17 Pro 256GB or fuel vouchers. 
Total Winners: 18,655 
 

2. Eligibility 

• The promo is open to all Filipino citizens and residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of the promo launch.
• Participating Products: All Unioil fuel products. Lubricants are excluded in this promo.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, credit card, E-wallet
• Not Eligible: Transactions using e-vouchers, Unioil Loyalty Points redemptions, fleet accounts, purchase orders (POs), and bulk orders. 

3. Earning Spin Entries 

• Earn 1 spin entry to play virtual spin-a-wheel game for a minimum fuel purchase of P200 (net of discounts).
• Get +1 additional spin entry for every succeeding P500 increment in one validly issued official sales invoice.
• Loyalty Bonus: Unioil Loyalty card members earn +1 free spin entry per sales invoice date if the loyalty card number is used during the gas-up and registered on the promo website, provided the purchase meets the minimum requirement above. Loyalty card number on the sales invoice must match the registered loyalty card number on the promo website. Maximum 1 Loyalty Bonus per day.  
• EastWest Credit Card Bonus: EastWest credit cardholders who use their EastWest Credit Card during their gas-up earn +1 free spin entry per sales invoice date, provided the purchase meets the minimum requirement above. Maximum of 1 EastWest Bonus per day per account.
• Only one (1) bonus spin entry may be earned per transaction, whether from the Loyalty Bonus or the EastWest Credit Card Bonus.

The number of spin entries awarded will be based on the lowest value within the qualifying purchase range. 

• A QR code receipt will be issued together with the sales invoice.
• The QR code receipt will contain a unique game code and indicate the number of awarded spin entries.
• Each account may redeem a maximum of three game codes per gas-up date (SALES INVOICE DATE). For example, if you gas-up four times in one day, only three of those transactions will be eligible for spin entries redemption.
• Each unique game code will expire seventy-two (72) hours after issuance.
• The last qualifying fuel-up is on January 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Unique game codes issued then will expire on January 7, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
• Splitting transactions to gain additional entries is strictly prohibited. 

4. Using Spin Entries 

• To play the virtual spin-a-wheel game, participants must register at the official promo website: https://fillandwin.unioil.com and and provide the following details: 
  •  Mobile Number
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Password
  • Birthday
  • Address 
• Spin entries can be credited by:
  • Scanning the QR code on the QR code receipt, or
  • Manually entering the unique code at the promo website.
• All unused spin entries will expire on January 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM. 
   

5. Prizes & Notifications 

• Fuel voucher winners will automatically receive an SMS notification containing their fuel e-voucher code.
  • Fuel e-vouchers (issued via Bcode) will expire on April 30, 2026, and can be used at any Unioil station. If a winner’s gas up amount is more than the e-voucher used at the time of the transaction, he or she will be personally responsible to pay the remaining due amount in excess of the e-voucher used. You may only use one e-voucher per transaction.
• Grand Prize Winners: iPhone 17 Pro 256GB
  • Winners will be requested to upload a photo of their sales invoice on the website immediately or within twenty four (24) hours after spinning the grand prize.  Winners must also keep the original copy for presentation upon claiming the prize.
  • Winners must also send a clear photo of the sales invoice via email to marketing@unioil.com within three (3) business days from the date of spinning the grand prize.
  • Winners will be contacted via their registered mobile number within seven (7) business days of Unioil’s receipt of the emailed copy.
  • The prize will be awarded after the promo period and must be claimed at the Unioil Head Office.
  • The original sales invoice must be presented to claim the prize. Failure to present the original sales invoice will result in prize forfeiture.
  • iPhone color is subject to availability and winners cannot choose the color. 
     

6. Claiming the Grand Prize 

Winners must present: 

• Original copy of the sales invoice Strictly no sales invoice, no prize.
• Two (2) valid government-issued IDs with photos (Voter’s ID, Passport, Driver’s License, UMID, SSS, or National ID).
• Signed Waiver and Quitclaim upon claiming of the prize.  
• Prizes may be claimed from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays), until February 27, 2026. Unclaimed prizes after this date will be forfeited. 
   
  Authorized representatives must present: 
  
  
• A notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA). Authority must include signing Waiver and Quitclaim on behalf of the winner.  
• Two (2) valid IDs (of the winner and the representative). 

7. Terms & Conditions 

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• By participating, entrants grant Unioil the right to use their personal data and images for promotional and marketing purposes across all media platforms.
• A customer can only create one (1) account.  
• An account or participant can only win one (1) major prize during the entire promo period. In the event that an account or participant wins more than one grand prize, the winner may retain only one grand prize. The other prize will be forfeited and returned to the prize pool for other participants to win.
• Unioil reserves the right to validate transactions and disqualify fraudulent entries.
• For concerns or inquiries, participants may contact Unioil Customer Service through official social media channels. 
• Employees of Unioil and its affiliates, advertising agencies, participating stations, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
